Welcome to our spacious and comfortable gîte, rated 3 ears Gîtes de France, located in the heart of the charming village of Courcôme, in Charente. Ideal for family or friends’ holidays, the house offers a peaceful, green, and authentic setting, perfect for rest and discovery of the region.

With an area of approximately 150 m², the house can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. It consists of:

• 3 bedrooms:
  • one bedroom with a 160 cm bed
  • one bedroom with a 140 cm bed
  • one bedroom with two 90 cm beds
• a sofa bed in the living room
• 2 bathrooms
• 2 toilets
• a fully equipped kitchen – dining room
• a large friendly living room
• a pantry and a garden shed

Outside, you will enjoy a large 70 m² terrace, ideal for outdoor meals, as well as a 1500 m² land, perfect for relaxing, playing, or simply enjoying the calm. In summer, an above-ground pool will also be available for you.
